DAY 1: Cusco - Hydroelectric - Aguas Calientes

    Departure from Cusco

    Pick-up at Plaza Regocijo and departure to Hidroeléctrica. Approximately 5-hour drive through spectacular landscapes.

    Arrival at Hidroeléctrica

    Arrival at Hidroelectrica. Option to take the train to Aguas Calientes or start the 2h 30min walk along the railway.

    Hike or Train to Aguas Calientes

    Beautiful 10km hike along the Urubamba River or train ride (optional). Arrival in Aguas Calientes and accommodation.

    Night in Aguas Calientes

    Check-in at the lodging, free dinner and briefing with the guide for the next day.

DAY 2: Machu Picchu - Return to Cusco

  • 05:30

    Climb to Machu Picchu
