Requirements and Documentation
- Official letter from the school on letterhead requesting the service
- Full list of participating students (name, ID, age, grade)
- List of accompanying teachers/tutors with complete data
- Parental Authorizations Signed by Each Student
- RUC of the school for the issuance of vouchers
- Book at least 30 days in advance
- 50% payment at confirmation of booking, balance 15 days before travel
- Compulsory school insurance included (at no extra cost)
- Students must have a valid ID card or passport
- It is recommended to carry cash in soles for personal expenses
