Requirements for Adventurers
- Official letter from the school on letterhead authorizing the issuance
- Medical form for each student (fitness for adventure)
- Complete list of students (name, ID, age, grade, emergency contact)
- List of accompanying teachers/tutors with complete data
- Signed parental authorizations specific to adventure activities
- RUC of the school for the issuance of vouchers
- Book at least 45 days in advance for equipment issues
- 50% payment upon confirmation, balance 20 days prior to shipment
- Specialized adventure insurance included
- Students must be in basic physical condition for moderate activities
- Recommended personal equipment: trekking boots, 20L backpack, sportswear
- Basic physical training is recommended 2 weeks before the trip
